Beach Bod?

Since one of our Summer to-do list options is going to the beach, I thought I'd try and get into shape so I can look good and impress...whoever.
So far this is what I'm working with:


and essentially I'd love to get to something like this:


It may be a bit of a stretch, but hopefully I can end up looking like I have somewhat of a six-pack without having to flex.

Bar Fun

Last night me and some friends went out to a bar for a couple of drinks and I had a great time! The DJ at the bar was spinnin' some mad tunes, which makes me wanna practice more, but the best part is, all the bartenders were male AND they were all shirtless! I must say they were pretty damn sexy. The women in the bar however were pretty sub-par, except for that one girl in the really short pink skirt, she was alright.
Unfortunately that's where my story ends...no tales of me and someone else hooking up on the patio in the rain....but that would be hot.

I flip open my phone at like 2 am to find this text message from a suuper hot guy 'bj?' and B, being the betch that she is... yells at me and tells me I better not going and calls me slutty or something... I thought it was a pretty funny text message and a very hot invite. But apparently going would make me slutty? IF guys can JUST have fun with girls and not worry about getting attached why the heck can't girls do the same? B thinks girls can't just have fun and that I will end up getting hurt... I'm definitely determined to prove B wrong !
